Clause of CV Reception

In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13th of December, Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your personal data will be included in a personal data file, owned by NortĂșnel S.A. (the Company), residing at C / Elcano, 14 2° Dcha, 48008 BILBAO, duly registered in the files of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The aim of incorporating your CV to the aforementioned file is the evaluation of your application in current or future personnel selection of the Company. For these purposes, we inform you that the transfer of your CV to Nortunel S.A. will be done exclusively in order to be included in the selection process. We also, inform you that NortĂșnel S.A. is dedicated to constructing works, infrastructure and related services provided, engineering and systems services. By sending your CV you agree the Company use your CV with the aims herein indicated.

We also inform you that it is possible that, due to the Company's participation in tenders for awarding of contracts for public works and services or as a result of the signing with third party companies of contracts of their own activity, the Company have the need or obligation to disclosure some of your personal data to those third party companies to make them possible to meet their legal obligations or manage the services provided (for example, for security reasons). The Company will inform you at the proper and you will be required to consent to this data disclosure if cessionaries use your personal data in purposes unrelated to services provided in the Company or the execution of the contracts for works and services.

To exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to your personal data processing in accordance with what have been indicated here, you have to send a communication to the HR department of the Company, NortĂșnel S.A. C / Elcano, 14 2° Dcha, 48008 BILBAO or email to the following address rrhh@nortunel.com, accompanying by papers proving your identity (name and surname, copy of your ID card, passport or equivalent document that identifies you).

Please note that after a period of 36 months since the reception of your CV without it being updated or used, and unless you have previously exercised the right of cancellation, the Company will delete your personal data from their files.
